Operate washing machine

Ready to go again in a few steps. Use the overview or start the guided mode.

    Sort laundry

    Separate by colors (white, colored, dark) and care labels. Empty pockets, close zippers, put delicate items in a laundry bag.

    Select an available machine

    Select an available machine in the laundry room — the status is visible at the payment terminal.

    Load laundry

    Do not overload the drum — maximum approx. 7 kg or three-quarters of the drum volume.

    Add detergent

    Add detergent and fabric softener to the designated compartments of the dispenser drawer.

  5. 5

    Select program

    Select program by fabric type (cotton, easy care, delicates, wool, quick wash). Set temperature and spin speed.

  6. 6

    Payment

    Payment by coin, banknote or card terminal. The selected machine will then be automatically unlocked.

    Start

    Close the door completely, press the Start button. The remaining time appears on the display.

  8. 8

    During the wash cycle

    For safety reasons, the door remains locked. You can see the progress and remaining time on the display.

  9. 9

    End of washing cycle

    Heed signal, door will unlock. Remove laundry, briefly check drum and seal for foreign objects.
