The drum is overloaded.
A piece of clothing is caught between the door and the seal

Reduce load and distribute laundry evenly
Check gasket for trapped laundry.
Then close the door again

The wash cycle was terminated prematurely.

Possible causes

The start button was pressed again during the running program — the machine recognizes this as the “add laundry” function and interrupts or ends the wash cycle.

Please check yourself

Press the start button only once
Do not press any other buttons during the program
A new activation or payment is required for a restart

Problem

The door does not open after the program ends.

Possible causes

After washing programs with higher temperatures, the door remains temporarily locked for safety reasons

Wait approximately 1 to 2 minutes
Then try to open the door again
Do not use force
