Is the door completely closed?
Was the correct dryer selected at the payment terminal?
Was the payment process completed?
Is the drum possibly significantly overloaded?

The laundry is not completely dry.

Possible causes

Very different materials were dried together
The laundry was too wet before drying.
The dryer is overloaded
The ventilation grille was covered by a laundry basket
The lint filter must be cleaned

Problem

The duration is extended.

Possible causes

The program duration is automatically adjusted to the residual moisture of the laundry.
Different materials are dried together — the moisture cannot be optimally detected

Possible causes

The lint filter is dirty
The filter in the lower left area of the dryer is blocked

Please check yourself

Do not overload the device further
Clean the lint filter according to the instructions provided.
Check the filter in the lower left area and remove lint.
Carefully remove visible lint by hand
Do not use sharp tools
If the error persists: Report malfunction
